This is for women who are exhausted by literally everything. When you are feeling pulled in every direction it feels counter intuitive to add a “new goal” – but your overwhelm is caused in part by not getting something done that matters to you. This is when it is critical to find focus.

Who shouldn't do this?

Wait! shouldn’t this be for everyyone? No. Over the years I have found three situations when you shouldn’t embark on any kind of goal setting adventure.

In the first 12 months after you’ve had a baby. (I know – it’s the exact time you feel like you should be doing this! Forget about it. It’s a recipe for failure and feeling more overwhelmed. Your baby and your health should be your top priority.
If you’re struggling with your mental health. One Month~One Goal is not what is needed. This will add stress to an already difficult situation. You need all your energy to help you find a life with more ease.
If you are facing an illness, a large life decision, or xxxxx – this is not the time to add any additional things to do.

 

How much does it cost?

$79. This is a one time payment. You will never need another goal setting program in your life. It takes you through your goal set up, defines the plan and includes the accountability video series for the month. If you complete your goal – we will send you the most useless trinket to commerate your success! After your first month – you can use the program to accomplish any goal! 

What if I don't complete my goal?

This program is set up for success – but sometimes life happens. If you don’t complete your goal – you can hit reset, pick a new start date and try again. You may need to adjust your expectations or your action items but usually you need to take a breath and reset your mindset.

Can I do private coaching with you?

Yes. But it will cost a gazillion dollars.

I do take a small number of personal clients. We do a 90 minute ZOOM Goal and Planning Session at the start of your challenge, a 30-minute Follow Up and Accountablity Session in the middle of your challenge and a Final 20 minute Session at the end of your challenge. All course material is included in the cost. The one-time fee $499. (Of course it’s expensive! Some people want a coach. I will help you find the right goal, take the exact right steps and you will get results. I offer my expert advice, provide needed encouragement and help you avoid pitfalls. I don’t except excuses, whining or bullshit. I do help you find your “why”, build confidence and leave you with renewed excitement for life – and you get the results you want.)
