I participated in the transformation challenge because I have too many pairs of expensive jeans in the closet that I couldn’t wear and they kept staring me down! The transformation challenge was an awesome, zero competitiveness, zero intimidation, way to get back into a fitness regime. It felt like a team effort. It’s taught me that’s there’s no free lunch in life. I’ve taken accountability for the lifestyle choices I’ve previously made and decided to make a change...I couldn’t have found a better group of people to help encourage and mentor me. Thanks Mozomo!

CrossFit Mozomo offers our members an extensive schedule of CrossFit classes. We are dedicated to taking our members to the next level whether you’re a regular athlete, or preparing for the CrossFit Open!

what about my kids?

We like to have FUN!

Our CrossFit Kids classes are fun, inclusive and functional. Kids will be running, jumping, pushing, pulling, rolling, swinging, climbing, crawling, throwing, and being upside down.

CrossFit Kids is a fitness program
designed specifically to:

  • Have fun while moving and learning
  • Improve overall strength
  • Improve co-ordination, agility and speed
  • Learn skills
  • Play games
  • Get fit!

TEENS: For ages 12-18. Mon-Friday. Price is dependent on visits per week.

KIDS: For ages 5-11. MON & WED 4:30-5:10PM. $79 plus HST per month.

At Mozomo, you will train hard, you will test your limits, and you will be challenged. And because we’re not crazy people that think the only way to success is a million burpees (well, maybe) you will have fun doing it! We keep our class sizes small to monitor each person’s technique and form. We modify activities to accommodate personal fitness and skill levels, and we offer a community of supportive individuals on a similar journey to your own.
